Session 3

This week we are working on the “middle of the tongue”.

What does that mean? We are going to encourage more tongue - palatal contact - even if you are tongue tied and it is difficult. The tongue tip is not the only part that is supposed to make contact. Eventually the tip, the middle, and the posterior portion of the tongue (at rest and during sleep).
