Session ONE

Yay! I am so excited to start this journey with you! Week ONE we work on getting a routine and compliance. Figure out what works best for you. Where can you do your exercises? What time of day works well for you? Try and link these with something you do daily already like toothbrushing or commuting to work, sitting at your desk checking email, etc.

Remember.. check the boxes! You will feel great each time you complete a round.

Three times a day is GREAT, twice is GOOD, once is OKAY. The more you put into this, the more easily your brain starts to incorporate these movements into every day life until they become habitual without effort.

This sheet has intensive exercises that promote coordination, muscle activation, and even muscle "disorganization." The Button Pull exercise uses resistance to promote coordination of the upper and lower lip. The Marshmallow Twist uses a weight to promote strength and coordination. The Cotton Roll Exercise here is performed 1x/ day and is a passive exercise that disorganizes the way muscles interact.
